How it works

What happens when you press.

Six screens, in the order they happen. push! alerts the people you chose. It never contacts police or emergency services.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911, or the local emergency number outside the United States.

Set it up once

Account, 4-digit PIN, and a 48-hour code that invites your people. They install push! on an iPhone and accept.

The Emergency Alert countdown at nine seconds with a plus ten seconds button, Send Alert Now and Cancel Alert With PIN.

Press, then ten seconds

Cancel with your PIN, add ten seconds up to twice, or send right away.

The Emergency Active screen: who is watching, a map with your live location, a LIVE video card, a 911 button and I'm Safe.

The alert

Contacts are notified; location, audio and video stream and record. Each contact's send state is shown.

I'm Safe

Your PIN ends it and they are told you are safe. Otherwise it ends after an hour, or 10 minutes without a signal, and they are told.

The Incident Details screen: distance, speeds, start and end, the route, the recording with Play and Download, and the contacts notified.

Times, route, the recording if one was saved, and who was notified, for a limited period.

What you need

An iPhone

push! is on the App Store. It is not on Google Play.

People with push!

Contacts need the app on an iPhone with notifications on. The alert screen shows each contact's send state.

A data connection

Wi-Fi or cellular, for you and for them.
